Sample input

I am reviewing 90 days from one general dental office. Out of 842 booked appointments, 711 were completed, 54 were canceled with at least 24 hours' notice, 29 were canceled late, and 48 were no-shows. Thirty-one no-shows had no confirmation response. New-patient exams booked more than 21 days ahead and Monday morning hygiene visits appear to be the biggest clusters. We send texts seven days and two days before, but unanswered reminders don't have a consistent owner. We can use a short-call hygiene list and a list of accepted treatment after clinical readiness is checked. Our goal is to reduce no-shows below 4.5 percent without adding pressure or unsafe overbooking.
