Using Next Move
Next Move provides access to Playbooks, Collections, creator profiles, and membership features. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service lawfully.
Membership and billing
Free and paid memberships may have different access levels. Paid plans renew according to the billing option you select unless canceled through the membership tools provided. Fees, taxes, and refund rules are shown at checkout.
Content and guidance
Playbooks and related content are for informational and educational purposes. They are not professional legal, financial, medical, or employment advice. You are responsible for how you apply AI outputs and platform guidance.
Creator and member conduct
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls or scrape the service at scale
- Do not misrepresent identity, credentials, or verification status
- Respect intellectual property and community standards
Intellectual property
Next Move and its licensors own platform software, branding, and editorial materials. Creators retain rights to their original contributions subject to the license needed to operate the service. You receive a limited license to use content according to your membership level.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Move disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so they may not apply to you.
